Professional Background & Industry Experience

Rafael has tracked the evolution of digital gaming and financial technology across the Philippines since 2018. Holding a background in computer systems information and quantitative analysis, he transitioned into independent iGaming editorial auditing to address widespread player complaints regarding opaque bonus wagering rules, exaggerated payout claims, and unstable mobile APKs.

At JILISS, Rafael leads our hands-on review team. Rather than aggregating marketing claims from offshore operators, his team registers test accounts, executes real-money deposits via verified GCash and Maya accounts, records exact cash-out turnaround times down to the minute, and compares real game results with theoretical studio RTP percentages.

Editorial Testing & Verification Methodology

To maintain complete integrity and eliminate promotional bias, Rafael adheres to a four-pillar testing protocol for every review and technical guide:

💳

1. Real-Money Banking Audit

Every deposit method (GCash QR, Maya, Bank Transfer) is tested with real PHP wagers to confirm minimum thresholds and zero-fee processing.

⏱️

2. Withdrawal Turnaround Benchmarks

Withdrawals are executed across peak and off-peak hours to measure payout arrival speeds and verify whether 15-minute guarantees are met.

📱

3. Mobile Device Stress Testing

Native APKs and PWA web apps are installed on budget Android hardware and iOS devices to detect memory leaks, frame drops, and crash bugs.

⚖️

4. Bonus Rule Transparency

Promotional terms are audited to expose hidden turnover caps, game exclusions, and expiration timelines so players never face surprise forfeiture.
